It is.

Working on a solution called DNN to fix that issue (and won't be foregeting the marketing and business talks + other tactics to have proper adoption).

Looked at all the previous attempts to be rid of DNS and saught to have almost nun of their issues (of not all of their issues).

In near future, we may visit applesauce.nwinterzookd (for example) instead of normal DNS, truly owned by hzrd and won't ever go away ๐Ÿค˜

(quick gist: DNN is nostr+bitcoin, doesn't add any data to bitcoin, you get a human-readable/memorable ID which is also a TLD, from one quisition (super cheaper, just a few hundred sats, one time payment, no expiration) of said TLD, you can have many domains after that (no need to acquire another tld, and solves other problems on nostr as well)

That sounds fantastic. Besides all the kyc verification that an increasing number of platforms will require, dns blocking/hijacking (don't knie the proper name) will definitely be used.

I was just about to link to this. It's fantastic work. I'm looking forward to using it.
