I look at cnbc pretty much every day to see what the headlines are. It's all spin. Here is an example.

10 year rates are blowing up, and after racing up to 5.0%, which is really bad, it came down to 4.96%, which is still really bad.

Yet the headline is this:
"Treasury yields ease as global borrowing costs tumble"

What?

Here are global borrowing costs this year and the past 5. Where's the tumble?
