Love it. No better habit to cultivate. Few simple ones to come back to are the 4-7-8 method, inhale through the nose into the belly for 4 seconds, hold for 7, slow exhale for 8. Do that a few rounds. Also box breathing, in 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4, and can increase the amount of time after each round. 10 deep breaths in a row into a big breathhold then buzz breath out, can be insanely grounding.
