I believe that user should not search for a search button so option 2 is out of the game
Option 1 seems like it's interfering with other design elements, option 3 (jump) is a winner for me, maybe it ...
Option 1 is interfering but we tried to distance it from underlaying content with search shadow and opacity of underlying text.
Option 3 without the jump is more or less option 1. And if we fade the buttons to not go under the search button, it doesn’t look good as there is also blur applied that blends randomly with the content under.
