Why do I have the feeling that Microsoft will move to India?

MS left 3 skyscrapers in Bellevue empty a few years ago and the signs came down. I know one had "The Vault" in it on the west side of City hall and armed guards protected this area 24/7.

A good % of the spyware stuff was developed in that room.
