idk who needs to hear this, but you don't have to update your bitcoin node software. bitcoin node software is backwards compatible and no one can push updates to your node that you do not want.

100k byte, raw CSAM is still going to end up on your hard drive whether you update on not. Valid transactions.

Core 28.1 will be just fine for a good while ☕

Sadly you do get forced to eventually as bugs get fixed. Staying on pre v30 will work for a bit but it's not the solution
