Did a nice recovery ride this evening...maybe only about 7 miles, but a very leisurely 7 miles.
My wife thinks I should do a solo tour this summer - maybe 150 miles or so - to see how I like it over ...
@nprofile1q... first is deciding the style of long ride you are intending. Is it through lots of civilisation where shops and water are plentiful? Or the other type?
