Better not. I think it would be better to change or add a media tab, gallery, just photos and videos with 3 media widths, Instagram style, and allow Reels to be viewed on top.

So: The main tab has Posts and Replies.

And the Reels tab would have: Posts (Photos and Videos) and Reels.
