I've noticed that too these past years. small RVs or small vans everywhere just parked where ever.
So I guess it is possible but I was thinking more along the lines of at least having a decent life ...
No, you are correct, I wasn’t really being serious. You don’t want to park amidst those people. Many of them are unstable and cause issues around my workplace on a daily basis.
