tbh NVK is taking a lot of the hate, rightfully so it was its company.
People overstated the product, and now overstate the mistake. It was a small human mistake that can happen to anyone, the problem was in the false promises.
Don’t use a hardware wallet is certainly the only advice bitcoiner should give. That is the lie everyone is so mad about, and NVK certainly wasn’t the only one carrying the idea that hardware wallet is the holy grail of self custody. I don’t think NVK has done anything wrong aside from carrying a wrong business promise, which many company do.
