Something what @Sjors Provoost (possibly compromised) explained to me last June: remember that small zaps are too small to enforce individually on-chain.

The threshold depends on mempool weather, but I think it's dust limit + ~170 vbytes * fee.

So, at 1sat/vb a reasonable threshold is about 700 sats, at 10 it's 2300, etc.
