Check out the newly released Cosmic on PopOS. I've been a windows user my entire life and have been gradually trying to get away from Google & MS. Having only used PopOS on System76 hardware for a week have found it's very intuitive and I think I'll soon be able to fully ditch the tech overlords entirely without missing them at all
