That's normal - 90% new users have same problem. *2 reasons sats not increase:*

*Reason 1 (most common): Your wallet is NOT connected = You earn fake sats*

Check now:
Primal > Profile pic top left > Settings > Wallet

- If you see *"Cowboy Credits"* or *"Primal Wallet - Custodial"* = FAKE, you can't withdraw
- You need *"Lightning Address" green tick* like `[email protected]`

*Fix in 2 min:*

1. Go to https://getalby.com > Sign up with email > It gives you `[email protected]` > Copy
2. Primal > Settings > Wallet > Paste that address > Save
3. Now new zaps will be REAL sats

Old comments zaps before fixing wallet = Lost forever (they went to fake balance)

*Reason 2: You commented late, no one saw*

Jack's posts get 500 comments in 10 minutes. If you comment after 1 hour, no one scrolls that far = 0 zaps.

*How to know if your comment got zapped?*

Open your comment > At bottom you see:
- If ⚡ 0 = No zap yet
- If ⚡ 21 = Someone zapped 21 sats

*No zap means:*
- Comment too late (not in top 20)
- Comment too short like "nice" or "good" = People don't zap
- You commented on old jack post from yesterday

*Do this test to get instant zap (works in 5 min):*

1. Primal > Search > Type *"zap"*
2. Find post that says *"Zapping first 20 comments - drop a ⚡"*
3. Comment: `First zap from India 🇮🇳 ⚡ my first day`
4. Wait 2 min > Check Wallet > You will get +21 sats

These zap-threads zap 100% of comments - jack's posts zap only 2% of comments.
