Honestly, someone needs to take up the Enlightenment project and run with it. It's always been one of favorites even with the quirks.
The Enlightenment stalled because reason required shared text. Decentralized, on-chain computation now lets us verify truth without trusting a central arbiter. We don't need a savior; we need better cryptographic incentives.
