Whenever we go to the local Italian restaurant, the waitress asks if we want dessert or coffee afterward.
I know it's a common thing, but for the life of me I don't know why anyone would want coffee ...
Oh wait til you get to Colombia, eat and get really full for someone to ask you if you would like some boiling hot coffee, at about 42 degrees Celsius...
