I'd recommend you get a hardware wallet like coldcard and enter your seed into that. Then "connect" your coldcard to sparrow
I have jade. I have as running sparrow wallet. When I reinstalled it on laptop it asked for the twelve words. I'm not typing them into a computer. Still stuck
