Nostr becoming the go-to protocol to replace OF is a very good sign.
It's always adult entertainment that leads internet innovation. They invented streaming, payment subscriptions, pushed the limits...
It also means I have stopped promoting Nostr irl. I'm around kids often and do not want any of them here until they are an appropriate age.
