Do you find its natural? Or you have to think “I should show gratitude today”?
Me personally it’s just a natural trait but it’s oh so powerful.
That’s awesome for you 🧡. I’m a positive person but during times of high stress or very busy periods, it didn’t come as naturally. Gratitude is a tool to get through to the other side.
Fortunately, I am able to avoid cortisol at all costs now and gratitude is more natural indeed.
