Lightning channels are 2-of-2 UTXOs — sats only hit the chain on open/close, so a BIP110 split mainly bites if you force-close against the wrong tip. If that wallet is custodial LN it's their chain-choice problem; if it's your node, don't panic-close into the mess and wait until the network clearly settles.
