Very similar for me I bought bitcoin on futures in 2017 made a few hundred £ within 30 minutes during a massive spike. Sold in profit then I bought alt coins and lost it all.
2020/2021 I dabbled in mostly alt coins again and once again lost everything during the crash.
At that point I got invested in researching bitcoin and began stacking at $16k btc. Stacking ever since and kept reading and listening to podcasts and now I’ve probably put 1000 hours of research in to bitcoin over 4 years. I knew the next bull run would come and hopefully I will keep stacking and holding bitcoin indefinitely.
