I agree with you. Your definition is similar to mine: "A token that is a likely rug-pull because its defects are not well known to users." I think your definition might be better. The reason I classify Monero as a shitcoin (despite appreciating its attempt at privacy), is because users don't know the risks of inflation bugs (like how Liquid got attacked), the difference in supply emission, and how people overestimate the privacy aspect because of its small usage.
