Monero has always had the same issuance schedule.
literally everybody has always known that there was going to be tail emission.

it isn't anymore " central planning " then Bitcoin having a fixed emissions schedule that dwindles to zero.

lol not the same. Bitcoin has a fixed supply. There is no inflation of supply. That’s the purest form of a free market ever devised. Not true in the case of Monero.
