Best to run your own blossom server then you're in control. Haven a decent all-in-one personal relay set and blossom server. If not, then you'll have to pay someone else to host it.

Can you compressed the video before uploading? I think at least a couple of clients have integrated a compression tool for precisely this reason. An alternative, if you can or feel inclined, is to set up your own Haven relay, which includes your own personal relay plus your own blossom media server...
