Funny you should say about community field, I probably know a few people locally in those fields but didn't think to tell anyone.
There's a really good venue nearby, small but with a great system and another person nearby who's work I really dig who I'd like to get involved. Plus I do have some talented friends who could help I'm sure.
To achieve that, without using those platforms would be great, I'm wondering if its worth leaning into more, as in to say I'm not on Facebook or even call the night that. Could be very funny if it comes off but would clearly need a lot of work.
I do have good relations with local record shops and musicians though so plenty of avenues IRL but I'd really need to kick my butt into gear and do some leg work.
