Any time someone has physical access to your hardware, it can be cracked. As far as encryption goes, it depends on how high of a wall you want to build, and your attacker's means and desire to crack it. Also, companies that make tools like this often exaggerate for the purpose of sales, and knowing that most buyers won't/can't verify the claims.
