@nprofile1q... @georgia There are millions of people in the world who have never eaten meat in their lives, whose ancestors haven't eaten meat in several generations, etc. and they're fine. Ever seen one of those huge Sikh dudes? A lot of them are vegetarian.

Veganism is harder to pull off because of so many weird rules (no honey, no unfertilized eggs, etc) but you can certainly be healthy and vegan.
