If I understand correctly, in the event that parts of the world are without internet, signed bitcoin transactions can be moved through LoRa devices (radio) until it reaches a device that’s connected to the internet or the Bitcoin Network to broadcast the transaction?

And also, at some point in the future the Bitcoin network can operate on radio? Meaning, LoRa devices can broadcast transactions directly and operate copies of the Bitcoin blockchain?
