Recent login issues should be resolved. There's been major back end shenanigans happening as we have to comply with new AML regulations.... definitely the least enjoyable part of our work =/

That full send thing is definitely a bug, I will reproduce and share with dev today.
I hear you about Vault, and confess as a maxi self-custodying type, I have recognized now that not everyone's on that ship (so to speak). And there's consequences and risks to holding other people's assets.
It was a simpler time 5 years ago when I was just a dude making some bitcoin animations. Having a "bitcoin job" now has changed some of my perspectives.
I took over as Head of Product here ~2 years ago, my entire job is to reduce that friction you're talking about, so I'm sorry to hear that's your experience.
Believe me I see it too, but that's the nature of taking on an existing product.
