no way to live here (Brazil) long term English-only, long flights to Europe (no cheap Ryanair stuff), and you'd better have a good income - things are not so cheap as europeans expect anymore, specially if you want to be safe. Another question is, if europeans move here counting on their european retirement income... what would they do if SHTF and their income ends? And if "S do not HTF", couldn't they stay somewhere safer in europe?
Anyway, this guy is a brazilian laywer who works helping brazilians move to paraguay and uruguay, running away from high taxes and censorship.
