Is there a kid in the front-office thinking he/she needs to ask these "very important" questions before unfreezing my account again?
WHAT did I do to get all these questions all of a sudden, clearly aiming for a certain type of response... Just be honest, be clear, just say what you want and why. Not a generic not very smart question after all the purchases I already made in the past.
I now receive the following:
