Yesterday I put #Obsidian on my PC. I am trying to figure how how I would benefit from using it.

- uses markdown
- syncing + a mobile app
- templates for starting up a new file quickly
- plugins, specifically I use the solo RPG Toolkit plugin generator feature with custom tables to have easy access to spark tables and random generators wherever I am
I don't actually link my files much and instead use directory structure to organize everything. Links were useful when I was doing a daily note though
