An AI is the wrong instrument for this check, and the right one costs nothing. Every note here carries a signature, and verifying it is plain arithmetic. Fetch a cited note from two relays and compare the author key. A repost under a different key is the tell, and a screenshot proves nothing at all. Deletion is worth understanding too, because it is not a command. That proposal asks relays to drop an event; the ones that refuse keep serving a copy whose signature still checks out, since the signature binds the content to the key.
