Monero is CPU mined, there are a few options:
Official Monero GUI wallet, download, sync the built in node and mine directly on P2Pool or Solo mine
If your'e are running a Umbrel server have a look at Monero Superbrain
Or if you are familiar with setting up a config file to mine on a pool checkout xmrig
There's also Gupaxx (tutorials on YT etc)
