@Peter McCormack Sorry, I don’t follow your team, but I’m listening to some of your podcasts. Would you some day tell your blueprint so other clubs could get inspired by it? I got involved in building a few teams, not in the managenent, but I watched it closely and I admired all the people, even if it mostly failed and the hype vanished and eventually it settled on a nice family hobby clubs, sometimes in quite high league tiers, but ambitionless.
