We need to build a better experience for users. People need to use nostr and get value, to keep using it.
We need to think 'how can I make nostr more useful to people, how can we give people more value'.
I think a lot come, aren't following people / don't have their relays setup right (or know this is a thing), and then have a muted experience which naturally doesn't keep them around.
I think a dedicated onboarding client could be a good idea, which guides you on following people, setting up your relays, wallet setup, etc.
I would boil it all down to outbox model setup and discovery (ongoing), to get / keep people using nostr.
