I would assume that with this whole Coldcard fiasco, a lot people would migrating funds, but transaction fees are 1 sat/vb.

Most people probably aren't rushing to move funds. Many are taking time to assess the situation, update their security practices, or simply don't feel immediately at risk 🫡
