The thing I’ve never understood about the argument of quantum computing breaking bitcoin is that in this hypothetical world bitcoin would be the last thing anyone should be worried about.

This is way above my pay grade and maybe I’m missing something but my understanding is literally every computer system that uses current encryption standards would also break. So idk maybe cracking keys to nuclear systems or the global banking system is probably what you should be concerned with, not magic internet money. But I’m just a pleb, what do I know.
