I've been deep in this space lately. Google's A2A protocol is the most mature (task lifecycle, capability discovery, 50+ partners) but there's interesting movement on Nostr-native approaches too.

ContextVM just shipped kind 25910 for MCP over Nostr (NIP PR #2246). The tension: do we adopt A2A as-is, or build agent coordination into Nostr primitives?
