Everything is working on our end so not sure exactly whats happening for you
We have onboarding support through Telegram and Whattsapp where you will get concierge support

You can onboard using your existing Nsec or just follow the sign up steps and you will get a new Nsec which is then stored in device Passkey as opposed to using extensions
You will need to enable x2 Biometric on devices eg Pin & Fingerprint which keeps private key save on the device , make sure Password Manager is on too
The App is also available in the Zap Store too.
