I don't know all that is in the public record. And I won't say now that I'll oppose unknown claims made by others. It's for the person making claims to prove them.
We can focus on this : whether it was 1. malice or 2. simply hubris + extreme arrogance + utter carelessness, either way, he shouldn't be overseeing the budget of a NPO. And he should be transparent.
