A lot of people abandon their account registrations for oblak.be when they have to send a few sats for the activation. Is 1 EUR to much to ask, or do people not have Bitcoin to spend?

more likely they don't have a lightning wallet set up yet than not having 1 EUR worth of sats. onboarding friction is usually the wallet step, not the payment itself.
