I dont understand the argument that Bitcoin is captured. If bip-110 had 15% nodes of the network forcing soft fork on mining pool and the rest was not runing nodes that where forcing bip-110. How is ...

Not running bip110 doesn't mean you are actively rejecting it. In order to have an active rejection of bip110 there should have been a ursf rejecting the bip. If that was the case then the decentralized nodes would have actually made the decision of rejecting it. Of course nothing like this happened so it proves that decentralization doesn't exist. That's my humble understanding on the subject.

What about economic nodes? Lyn alden said that without them there is no chance for a fork to get green light - from what i found that's what happen with SegWit bip-148 in 2017. Exchanges and businesses announced in advance that after August 1st they would only recognize the chain compliant with SegW...
