Why do you need to monetize it? Grow food and harvest energy for your use. I like the hinged energy capture. Why not solar also?
Yeah, I just didn't say it cuz people would already be thinking it. There's also potentially ³H from seawater for fusion power, and the estimates for how much is there are wrong because the concentration changes at depth, and you wouldn't be mining the average.
