sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
I do 15min sauna then 3min+ cold plunge (5-10degrees celsius) right after. Repeating 3times per session. Doing once or twice a week.
That just feels right for me.
