What if people who like the sat gambling bots weren't in your feed?

Idea:

Coinflip, roulette, blackjack, random app verification....Basically notes the average person has no interest in operate on a group of specialized relays. Nostr.bet, verify.nostrnests.com or something running relays meant for that traffic. To participate you have to add the relay. Don't want to see it anymore? Remove the relay.

May be a simple way to collectively filter the static without unfollowing/blocking folks.
