too cool to laugh, too steeled to cry,
and dullard enough to never ask why.

i once had all the love and tapped with supple stick.

wasted ten years for you're as thick as a brick.

decided I did want for nothing from you, so committed to yelling and berating too!

for the unborn and voiceless, and the ancestors forgotten,

was my tireless loyalty placed,
as your reception was rotten.

get it, as usual, you didnt, im told.
I hope you'll forgive me for being so bold.

for deciding I was not seeking to "friend" - the goal was conveyance of truth in the end.

but this you dont value above shallow displays, of endless affirmations of your negligent ways.

instead preferring quantity and crowd, eschewing the call with a silence so loud.

having exhausted both sugar and spice, I leave you to Hades and infinite vice.
