I like showing reactions actually. The reason people pick one or the other is different. Reactions are for me, and to support the poster. Reposts are me saying HEY EVERYONE THIS IS IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD LOOK AT IT. Obnoxious, but maybe sometimes what you want to do.

I don't follow npubs who exclusively repost for this reason, but I like to strike a good balance with mine because that's the main means of discovery on nostr atm. Ftr I tried Ditto for the first time earlier today and found it incredibly chaotic. I was seeing repeat posts over and over. I'll check...
