Ditto doesn't support UI language options (yet), but I've pushed a couple of small changes related to your reported issues:
1. The language direction has now been expanded to use auto for more fields, including compose and articles.
2. I've replicated the compose height bug in your video and have implemented a fix that appears to address the issue on my side.
