I completely agree that hoarding funds is not in the spirit of these campaigns, so it is incredibly important that everyone only upvotes the campaigns they feel are actually doing a good job of fairly...
That's great! At least campaigns that don't follow through on what they promised won't be able to launch another campaign. It helps keep organizers accountable.
