Bad measures.
I was today years old when I learned that if we had divided the year into 13 months rather than 12, each month would contain exactly 28 days and begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday.

@nprofile1q... the extra day shouldn't count as part of any month. just a new year day. or two, once in awhile.
